Instructional Leadership Teams

Our team is composed of skilled educational leaders who have a strong history of successfully implementing professional development programs in medium to large school districts. Each member of our team possesses the essential expertise and knowledge required to address the distinct requirements of schools today. What sets Edvative Learning apart from other potential partners is that our team includes current school administrators who actively engage in the same work they provide coaching and consulting for on a daily basis. This hands-on experience allows us to offer practical insights and real-world perspectives that greatly benefit our clients.

Our organization boasts a diverse team, comprising experienced educators, administrators, and district personnel, including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Curriculum Supervisors, and Directors. This collective expertise allows Edvative Learning to offer comprehensive support and insights to educators at all levels.

Pre-Assessment and Customization: We will conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to understand the district's specific challenges, goals, and practices. Based on the assessment results, we will customize the training content and activities to meet the unique needs of the Central Office leadership team.

Coaching and Feedback: We will provide individual and group coaching sessions to support participants' ongoing growth and development. Our skilled coaches will guide participants through reflective exercises, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance in implementing newly acquired strategies into their daily practices.

Workshops and Training Sessions: We will deliver a series of interactive workshops and training sessions that address each target area outlined in the Request for Proposal. Our experienced facilitators will employ various instructional strategies, such as case studies, simulations, group discussions, and hands-on activities, to ensure active engagement and practical learning.

Online Resources and Support: Participants will have access to a dedicated online platform that hosts a wealth of resources, including articles, research papers, videos, and tools related to each target area. This platform will also serve as a space for ongoing communication, sharing of experiences, and continuous support from our team.

Collaborative Learning Communities: We will establish collaborative learning communities where participants can engage in regular discussions, share best practices, and support one another in their professional growth journeys. These communities will provide a platform for ongoing learning, collaboration, and networking among Central Office leaders.

Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: We will implement a robust monitoring and evaluation process to assess the impact of the professional development program. This includes collecting participant feedback, analyzing data on changes in leadership practices and student outcomes, and making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

Sustainability Plan: We will work closely with the district's leadership to develop a sustainability plan that ensures the long-term integration of the learned strategies and practices. This may involve providing train-the-trainer sessions, creating internal leadership development programs, or establishing professional learning communities within the district.
